Duties include assessing patient care needs and assigning nursing personnel, screening potential patients for admission, supervising nursing staff, and collaborating with the nurse practitioner and medical staff in all matters of direct patient care. Requires a commitment to serving homeless persons and the ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
